When will I get my documents?
Documents, including your airline tickets, for your trip are sent out via regular mail 21 days prior to departure. If your trip leaves within 21 days we will send your documents via UPS Priority and you will incur a small mailing fee for that service.

What is the cancellation policy? Can I purchase travel insurance?
Please see our terms and conditions. It is recommended that you purchase our exclusive Travel Protection Plan. Please call 1-800-227-5858 for more details.

How will my credit card be charged?
Please be aware that the merchant name on your credit card statement will be The Preferred Traveler.
 
I am a Travel Agent. Can I book your packages for my clients?

What airline will I be flying for the Tuscany package?
Eurofly is one of today's leading Italian leisure carriers to Italy. Although established in 1989, Eurofly began flying from the USA to Italy in 2005. In 2004, Eurofly carried approximately 1.5 million passengers and flies nonstop from JFK to Bologna, Rome, Naples and Palermo airports.

Can I earn mileage flying on Eurofly?
At this time Eurofly does not have a program to earn miles on any loyalty programs.

Where in Tuscany will I be staying?
Montecatini is the name of the town where you will be staying. It is one of the most famous health resorts in Italy, which has thermal springs and is an attractive town with large parks and gardens. Located above Montecatini Terme is the beautiful hill-top village, Montecatini Alto ("Upper Montecatini"), from which there are spectacular views of the lower town and the surrounding Tuscan landscape.

When will I know the name of the hotel?
The hotel name will be confirmed with your travel documents. Two of the hotels that we have used in the past are the Grand Hotel Vittoria and the Hotel Ambasciatori in Montecatini. Both are four-star properties.

How far is the hotel from the airport?
You will be arriving into Bologna which is approximately a 2 hour drive to Montecatini.

Can I book this package for more than 2 people?
Our system can only make a reservation for up to 2 travelers at a time. For online bookings with more than 2 travelers please make a separate reservation. For further assistance please call us at 1-800-227-5858.
